About the event
Join us for a private tasting as we shape the opening menu at Solace.
You’ll be among the first to taste 20 functional cocktails and help us decide which drinks make the opening menu.
This is a working tasting, focused entirely on the drinks themselves. You’ll sample each recipe, rate the flavors, compare select drinks side-by-side, and share your favorites.
